1. Agreement
By creating an account, embedding the widget, installing the extension, or using any ACCESSIVA subdomain (accessiva / app / api / cdn under welovequality.com), you agree to these Terms and our Privacy Policy.
2. What ACCESSIVA provides
Accessibility toolbar for visitors on domains you own and embed.
Personal tools on pages you visit; plan-gated premium tools.
Manage sites, run scans, view issues, billing, and settings.
Live site alerts, review claims, and fix-request queues for We Love Quality.
3. Accounts & plans
- You must provide accurate registration data and keep credentials secure.
- Google sign-in may create or link an account using your Google name, email, and avatar.
- Free Forever (after an approved review claim) unlocks 10 websites and 100 scans/month — not unlimited. You may still upgrade to Pro (1000 scans/month); Enterprise is on request.
- We may suspend accounts that abuse scans, spoof reviews, or harm other sites.
4. Fix requests
Clicking “Request fix” on a scan issue does not auto-repair the site inside ACCESSIVA. It opens a work request for We Love Quality’s web design / development department, which may quote and deliver fixes under a separate engagement.
5. Acceptable use

6. Intellectual property
ACCESSIVA software, branding, and documentation remain property of We Love Quality. You retain rights to your site content. You grant us a limited license to process scan data and analytics needed to operate the service.
7. Disclaimer & liability
The service is provided “as is.” Accessibility tooling helps compliance efforts but does not guarantee legal WCAG/ADA outcomes for every page. To the extent permitted by law, We Love Quality is not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from use of ACCESSIVA.
